Not sure what you are looking for here, since java is somewhat platform
independent using it on mac OS X is the same as using it anywhere else.
What kind of application are you using it with?

A this time, i only find one solution to access to a PostgreSQL
database in Cocoa (Mac OS X). It is JDBC. (Tadaaaaaa!) Does anyone have
