What's new in version 0.93?

1. On editing an index, operators Drop Index / Create Index are not
duplicated and the Name field is not blocked now.
2. Object descriptions are saved correctly now on exiting the proper object
editor.
3. If showing system objects is disabled, the system rule (_RET) is not
displayed now.
4. In the Grant Manager on selecting inactive database no error occurs now.
5. The system functions of server 7.1 are defined correctly now.
6. If a table has two or more foreign keys, which reference to one foreign
table, no error occurs any more on opening the table.
7. Few minor bugfixes and small improvements.
