I'm a Canadian here, so perhaps there's something I'm missing.

Is it the American theory that two rich Texas oilmen is a plausible slate for election to the highest part of the Federal Executive?

How does this compute?

                                                                      -dlj.

                                                        * * *

Here's the meme to pass on: "Two rich Texas oilmen. Hunh?"

For salad: "What were they thinking?"
                                       "I really mean that: Hunh?"
                                        "Well, actually, their wives own oilwells too."

                                                                 Etc.

                                                            * * *
