Hello, sir, please encoding this mail by MS UI Gothic
I come from japan.
just now i download postgreSQL7.31 for windows(PgSQL731wina1.exe) from
ftp.
after finished installing it, i restart the pc. But in the service pannel
of windows, i find the "postgresql server" is not started. the text in the
log file is "FATAL: cannot open /data/PG_VERSION: Permission denied".
If i open the bash command shell, then input "pgsqlstart.bat", the shell
response is "FATAL: invalid value for option 'LC_MESSAGES': 'JA_JP'"

My PC : windows xp pro(jp)
