Hello, I am running PostgreSQL 7.3.1 on Windows 2000 (SP 3), through Cygwin.
I got the file postgresql-7.4.tar.bz2, because I want to upgrade to PostgreSQL 7.4, but I don't know the steps.
Can someone tell me how to do it?
