I have successfully installed Cygwin on WinXP. I can connect to PostgreSQL
from PGadmin3 and can start postmaster from cygwin. How can I start
postmaster as an WinXP service.
My installation details
Install directory /cygwin/bin
Data /var/pgsql/data
