pg_activity 3.0.0 has been released

pg_activity (https://github.com/dalibo/pg_activity) 3.0.0 has been released.
This release adds the following features :
- more information in the header;
- the ability to use the tool without superuser privileges;
- hints when measures are disabled;
- a setting to set the refresh rate at startup.
