The OTD Working Group was established to serve as a collaborative working environment between government and industry to address issues regarding the Department of Defense's recently published Open Technology Development (OTD) roadmap. Open source leaders EnterpriseDB, Novell and Red Hat participated in the Working Group's inaugural meeting on August 29.
