EMS Data Comparer for PostgreSQL is a powerful and easy-to-use utility for data comparison and synchronization. You can view all the differences in compared tables and execute an automatically generated script to eliminate these differences. Flexible customization of the comparison and synchronization process will enable you to select tables and fields for comparison and tune many other options. Data Comparer for PostgreSQL includes a graphical wizard, guiding you through the data comparison and synchronization process step by step, and a command-line service for synchronizing data in one-touch.

What's new in Data Comparer 2005 version 1.2?

1. Added the opportunity to connect through SSH tunnel.
2. Added the opportunity to connect through HTTP tunnel.
3. Viewing/editing of synchronization script with Script editor is now available.
4. The 'Drop and create indexes' synchronization option added.
5. For the fields which are not in comparison the default values will be applied now (in previous versions NULL values were used).
6. Now it's possible to abort synchronization on error with the help of corresponding option.
7. The console version now allows you to run application in the background mode.
8. Other small improvements and bugfixes.

EMS Data Generator for PostgreSQL is an impressive utility for generating test data to several PostgreSQL database tables at once. The wizard application allows you to define tables and fields for generating data, set value ranges, generate char fields by mask, load values for BLOB fields from files, get lists of values from SQL queries and many other features to generate test data in a simple and direct way. It also provides console application, which allows you to generate data in one-touch by using generation templates.
