PG Lightning Admin is considered one of the best GUI Admin tools available for Postgresql databases.
It has a modern "non bloated" tabbed MDI design(similar to a IDE) that can greatly increase productivity and includes the ability to print, export/import from a wide variety of sources, and has a built in SSH tunnel among other features.

This version now includes a handy dependency viewer, enhanced drop error message that shows the dependent objects, enhanced drop confirmation dialog that allows you to view dependencies before committing to the drop, and the query editor has been enhanced with a recent files list and much improved error handling. The query editor error message will now show the error line and highlight the position of the error with a ^ character, similar to the way Psql shows errors. The user also has the option of going to the error context in the editor and it will highlight the line red and move the caret to the error position.
PGLA also has the ability to edit the server config files remotely and reload it.
The config editor also nicely categorizes the different sections of the config file which makes things easier for you.
Note: this requires the admin module that ships with the win32 version and is available separately for other platforms.
