Changes since the 1.1 release:
Support for Postgresql 8.1 IN/OUT/INOUT function params.
Vastly improved SSH support,plink.exe is now used and it's standard output/input is read from a thread, similar to a blocking socket.
Backup/Restore operations now run in background threads, and write the standard output from pg_dump/pg_restore in 1k chunks to a message memo as the output is read.
Form View tab order fixed, and focus is set to the form view upon inserting a new record.
