PostgreSQL Community Event This event is recognised under the community event guidelines.

After running for four years PG Day Russia is now a community recognised event that will take place online on 8-9 July.

The conference’s main scope is PostgreSQL and it welcomes participants from all over the world to listen to and to share their experiences and Postgres stories with Russian community and globally.

Submit your talk

This year has brought some new and exciting advancements to PostgreSQL and new practices for businesses around the globe as companies encourage remote working and consumer behavior changes. If you have a story to tell — submit your talk by 7 June! We look forward to receiving your submission on the following topics:

  • Interesting use-cases of operating PostgreSQL in high volume systems.
  • PostgreSQL internals.
  • Migration to PostgreSQL from Oracle, MySQL, DB2, MSSQL.
  • PostgreSQL and database training.
  • Using PostgreSQL in enterprise systems.
  • Tuning and performance optimization of PostgreSQL.
  • Extending PostgreSQL's functionality.
  • Scaling PostgreSQL.

The talks are supposed to be presented live, prerecorded talk could be used as a backup which would be discussed individually
