Hello hackers,

Attached is v20261013, a reordered version of the NUMA series with my
bounded hot/cool clock-sweep changes merged into it rather than stacked
on the end.

I moved the commitfest entry (6049) into PG20-3 and added myself as an
author, so cfbot picked the series up again. I hope that's okay with
others on this thread.
