PgFincore is a set of functions to manage blocks in memory.
It offers you functions to snapshot your OS Buffer Cache, restore it,
get information on the actual state of each files in your database.
And eventually flag your index/table with fadvise flags.

Take care that this module haven't been test enough to be considered
production ready, but it works well so far in development databases.
