Bizgres 0.7 is not available at http://www.bizgres.org. This release
of Bizgres begins to fulfill the mission of the Bizgres project by
providing a PostgreSQL 8.0 distribution tailored to the needs of data
warehousing users.

First, two performance enhancements have been "backported" to the
Bizgres code base, which is based on PostgreSQL 8.0.3. Simon Riggs'
constraint exclusion patch is included allow users to make much greater
use of table partitioning. Tom Lane's bitmapscan, which allows
combining indexes in memory and faster index access in some cases, has
also been incorporated.

Second, Bizgres is starting to fullfill its mission becoming a
distribution of tools for Open Source business intelligence. Version
0.7 downloads with the KETL extract, transform and load tool (ETL) from
Kinetic Networks, and JasperReports from JasperSoft. To help people
make use of these tools for a unified platform, a demo application for
analysis of weblog data is provided.

Source tarballs are available here:
http://www.bizgres.org/pages/?pg=downloads
And binary packages for a variety of platforms are available from the
Greenplum website, including a multi-platform installer from
InstallAnywhere:
http://www.greenplum.com/prod_download.html

Please note that some components of the package are under the LGPL
instead of BSD-licensed.
