Version 1.42_1 (1.43 beta) of DBD::Pg uploaded to CPAN

I've just uploaded version 1.42_1 of DBD::Pg to CPAN.

This is a minor version, mostly addressing some problems
found in 1.41 and 1.42. This will also be the first version
with the brand new README.dev file I've been working on - please
check it over after you test the tarball. :)
