Hi, all!
Rebased version and fixed some bugs that have been found:
* Double-counted deleted index pages: VACUUM counted pages deleted by
earlier runs. It now counts only newly deleted pages, including in
parallel mode.
* Outdated statistics file version: Updated the format version so old
statistics files aren’t read using the new structure layouts.
* Missing catalog version bump: Updated |catversion| to prevent
startup with old system catalogs lacking the new functions and columns.
