In normal cases there are:

information_schema
pg_catalog
pg_temp1
pg_toast
public

schemas. Without them the database is not really usefull. When I
create the first database (as copy of template1 of course) it misses
those schemas. I don't know what is the normal way to create them if
`initdb' didn't do it (it just said it did...)
