FYI-- I found two files named:

pgcc-970522-1.i386.rpm and
pgcc-c++-970522-1.i386.rpm

I am downloading at this moment... Hopefully, these
are the LIBpq and LIBpq++ rpm's ....

I'll post letting ya'll know (in case you are interested)

Also, where do I find Postgres6.2.3 (or the latest version if I have the
numbers wrong)... All I see are 6.1.1 on the ftp.redhat.com
site in RPM format
