Finally got an answer on this one ... seems that they have changed the
software (majordomo2) so that a user can turn off subject_prefix for email
to them, with the default to be turned off ... I've fixed the server for
subsequent subscriptions, but for those already subscribed, you'll have to
send:
set <listname> prefix <userid>
to
majordomo(at)postgresql(dot)org
