RE: log_min_messages per backend type

The attached small patch changes the process names in config.sgml to alphabetical order.
postgresql.conf.sample already has that.

Hi,

I just noticed that `log_min_messages_process_types` is not used in the latest commit and should be removed.
I also noticed that `message level` in the comments below should be deleted as well.
