We have been over this before, and I thought we had agreed in the end
that the current size was actually OK. Emily had explained that it is a
size that is particularly well suited to a variety of
systems/resolutions, and it was shown that numerous major sites use
exactly the same font, including IBM, Microsoft and RedHat iirc.

In addition, the sizing has been applied such that it does not override
any browser font scaling - so, it will honour the scaling choice of a
user with limited vision for example.

Agreed. Not to mention the site specific large font option we already
provide.
