RE: Error INITDB

I've installed back CYGWIN and IPC-DAEMON.
The Initdb shutdowns : I joined the results of CYGCHECK, INITDB and
POSTMASTER.
(Why the Initdb creaters a folder "1" and not "Template1"???)

Is the ipc-daemon running?
