Re: Backup con servicio detenido

Bueno ya hice lo de arrancar el servicio con pg_ctl start -D
/tu/ruta/delaCarpta/Respaldada
pero me dio este mensaje:

execution of PostgreSQL by a user with administrative permissions is not
permited.
the server must be started under an unprivileged uder ID to prevent possible
system security compromises. see the documentation for more information on
how to properly start the server.

no me tomo mi carpeta data y se quedo con la carpeta data por defecto.

ya hasta intente deteniendo el servicio y remplazar la carpeta data de mi
postgres y luego arranque el servicio nuevamente,pero cuando hago eso me da
el siguiente error:

Server doesn't listen
The server doesn't accept connections: the connection library reports
could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the
server running on host "127.0.0.1" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port
5432?
