Hi Rahul,
Thanks for testing, and for the patch. I agree that EXISTS and NOT
EXISTS should be handled too.
v2 is attached, with your patch merged in and you as co-author. The
commit message of 0001 now mentions IS DISTINCT FROM too.
My test get the same numbers as you.
