Hi Fujii,

I applied the v4 patch and reviewed the latest documentation updates.
The revised wording is clear and improves consistency across the
documentation, including the VERBOSE descriptions, the Outputs
sections, and the example. The patch applied cleanly, and I didn't
notice any issues with the changes.

Overall, the patch looks good to me.
