[ASAN] Postgres14 (Windows 64 bits)

I'm starting tests using ASAN (address sanitizer) at Windows side, using
msvc 2019 (built in asan support):

I'm not sure if ASAN can report false positives or if this CHECK error is
own asan bug?
Can you take a look, please?
