OpenSCG is proud to announce the immediately availability of RPM's and DEB's
of PostgreSQL Binaries (v 8.4.x, 9.0.x) for the server platform.

These cross-distribution packages are designed to integrate with your Linux
OS package manager while maintaining the flexibility of side-by-side version
installations (i.e. pg_upgrade support) and one-package, low-dependency
installation. The packages are available for
download<http://www.openscg.org/postgresql/packages>from OpenSCG's
website (
www.openscg.org/postgresql/packages).

The RPM has been tested on Fedora 6 and above, CentOS/Red Hat Enterprise
Linux 4 and others. The DEB has been tested on Ubuntu 6.06 and above.

Happy Production-ing :-)
