I try with "revoke all on schema PUBLIC FROM PUBLIC;", but after give GRANT
SELECT user can't use SELECT. When I use "revoke CREATE on schema PUBLIC
FROM PUBLIC;" and give GRANT SELECT user can use SELECT.
