"For those not familiar with "Harambee!", it's Swahili for let's pull together! (matter of fact its origin is actually Indian, but most people just don't know that)".

We need volunteers for two events:
1. PgDaySanJose2009 in the San Jose McEnery Convention Center, Rooms B1 & B4 on Sunday, July 19th, 2009:

                1 volunteer to
crew the donation/information table in the morning.
                1 volunteer to crew the donation/information table in the afternoon.
                2 volunteers to check people in at the party in the evening - this will be in Britannia Arms,173 W. Santa Clara St., San Jose

2*. PostgreSQL booth (San Jose McEnery Convention Center Hall 1 section T28 - see attached document) Tuesday-Thursday, July 21-23, 2009:

                1 to 2 volunteers to help in setting up the booth on Tuesday afternoon, July
21st, 2009, 2PM-4PM

                2 to 3 volunteers to crew the booth Wednesday morning, July 22nd, 2009, 9:30AM-1:00PM
                2 to 3 volunteers to crew the booth Wednesday afternoon, July 22nd, 2009, 1:00PM-4:30PM

                2 volunteers to crew the booth Wednesday afternoon,
July 22nd, 2009, 6:00PM-7:00PM (reception time - you get free drinks!)

                2 to 3 volunteers to crew the booth Thursday morning, July 23rd, 2009, 10:00AM-1:30PM
                2 to 3 volunteers to crew the booth Thursday afternoon, July 23rd,
2009, 1:30PM-5:30PM
Thursday afternoon crew please expect to help in tearing down and pack-up of the booth.

                * And by the way there is collateral benefit for responding to our Harambee! call. i.e. for helping out.
                1) If we have extra PostgreSQL 8.4 T-Shirts, you just might end up keeping one!

                2) We will have a rotating badge to allow you to attend
a session. Please state which session you would like to attend and make
sure it does not fall during your booth crewing time. Note that this is
only good for sessions and keynote addresses on Wednesday, July 22nd to
Friday, July 24th., 2009. Badge is already spoken for for Thursday,
July 23rd, 2009, 2:35PM session. It's first come first serve folks!

                3) Your own booth badge will of course allow you access
to Expo Hall before and after hours, as well as sponsored sessions and
keynote addresses on Wednesday, July 22nd to Friday, July 24th.
