I believe that is fixed as of src/backend/utils/adt/oid.c v 1.43,
committed at Thu Dec 28 01:51:15 2000 UTC. It should have been in
Thursday morning's snapshot. If you've got 1.43 and it still fails
the regress test, let me know.
