Hello. Is there any way I could find a copy of the .exe file for pgadmin3?

I am running Windows 7, SP1, 32-bit, and I get an error message when I try to install pgadmin4 x86.exe or x64.exe that says the system "cannot access 64-bit registry keys". Pgadmin is supposed to be available for Windows 7, according to this page on your website:

https://www.pgadmin.org/download/pgadmin-4-windows/
