Core Lab team is glad to announce that PostgreSQLDirect .NET 2.50 Beta
is available. PostgreSQLDirect .NET is 100% managed  full-featured
ADO.NET provider for direct  access to PostgreSQL server for
the Microsoft .NET Framework and .NET Compact Framework.
Our provider uses native message-based protocol for communication
with PostgreSQL server and thus doesn't require PostgreSQL client library.

The new version offers you next features:

 - Data Design Extensibility (DDEX) for Visual Studio 2005 support added
 - Mono support added
 - Enterprise Library Data Access Application Block support added
 - ASP.NET 2.0 providers added: Membership Provider, Role provider, Session State

Data provider supports PostgreSQL server since 7.1 version to 8.1,
Pervasive Postgres SQL server. The provider works with .NET Framework 1.0, 1.1, 2.0
and .NET Compact Framework 1.1 and 2.0, and can be used with Microsoft Visual
Studio .NET 2005, 2003, and 2002, Borland Delphi 2005, Delphi 8 and
Borland C#Builder.

PostgreSQLDirect .NET Data Provider is licensed per a developer and
registered users can deploy run-time assemblies with executable
applications without royalty fee.
