Re: Rights for pgadmin3

Finally,

I uninstall all the stuff, then use the YaST to add the following repo :
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:/database:/postgresql/openSUSE_11.4/
And in the end reinstall all the postgresql.

Everything work fine now.
