Some clarifications to the high availability docs, reflecting recent
changes:
* Explain the terms primary, master, standby and slave better. There was
a paragraph about them, but it didn't mention primary and it claimed
that a standby can't be accessed, ignoring that we have hot standby now.
* Clarified that you can use streaming replication without WAL archiving
if you use wal_keep_segments.
* Moved some paragraphs that apply to log shipping in general from the
"Alternative method for log shipping" section to the earlier sections.
As well as a bunch of small edits. Any objections?
