All,

It's a Stonebraker product. As far as I can tell, it's an in-memory
clustered version of Antz. And likely to fail for the same reasons; no
matter how cool it is, existing business applications need to work with it.

Or, to put it another way: if Volt was really that cool, Stonebraker
would be spending more of his time on it as opposed to other projects.
