postgresql DB administrator/Developer Needed

Alcatel is looking for a DB programmer/Admin with expertise in
PostgreSQL and TCL to help resolve DB administration issues and provide
the necessary knowledge transfer to help our organization continue
running its embedded database implementation (fully proprietary
implementation) under control and running reliably.

Solid understanding of database implementation is essential, as well as
familiarity with the design of at least one database PostgreSQL engine.
A minimum of 3 years practical experience in developing database engines
as well as thorough understanding of database engine design and
implementation; this experience must include exposure to other DB
implementations such as MySQL, or Oracle. Note that experience with only
"using" existing DB systems will not be sufficient.
