perdon!!! me exprese MAL.. lo q quise decir es que la version nativa
win Pg8.0
funciona bien!! sin problemas
pero lo del cygwin1.4 q creo viene con el Pg7.4.5 no estoy
consiguiendo inicializar la BD..
