(in readme you wrote only : "Create a user called postgres or use an
existing user. That user should have the 'log on as a service' right but
must not have Administrator rights. The postgres user should have a
password." - you have to suppose - a "normal" windows user will create a
new account and will never login and set environment variables for this
new user)
Maybe instruction "pg_ctl register -U postgres -P passwd -D
"your_pgdatapath_withslashes_insteadof_backslahes" "
in readme would be better ?
