Loggin on WIN32

I installed various win32-postgres-betas, but ... still I am not able to 
use the logging-Parameter

c:\pgsql\bin\pg_ctl -D c:/pgsql/data start -l c:/pgsql/postgres.log

leads to

Die Syntax f├╝r den Dateinamen, Verzeichnisnamen oder die 
ist falsch.
postmaster starting


"syntax of filename, directory name or volumename is wrong" ...

without "-l" it works; turning "/" to "\" does not improve the situation.

Is logging already supposed to work on win32?
