Thanks to both. It seems that even though I know about the change, I
forgot to make my repo up to date before checking.

The v17 attached changes only the following point (as well as
corresponding "expected" file).

-+CREATE TABLESPACE regress_tablespace LOCATION :'testtablespace';
++CREATE TABLESPACE regress_tablespace LOCATION '';
