Assert(snapshot != NULL);

because uint32 xcnt and int32 subxcnt in Snapshot structure, same as struct
SnapshotData, is declared. and
snapshot->xcnt = count;
snapshot->subxcnt = subcount;
are written in GetSnapshotData() in procarray.c. It is a potential bug.
