Entiendo que CUBE existen en una u otra forma en los contrib. Grouping
sets, me parece que es lo que el estandar SQL llama "windowing
functions" o algo asi, no? En tal caso, no hay, aunque puedes simular
algo con "running agregates", segun entiendo (Hay un articulo en General
Bits al respecto). Lo de ROLLUP, ni idea.
Es muy posible que se implementen en algun futuro cercano -- no en 8.1
eso si.
