Operating system: Windows XP Professional
Description: Service does not start
Details:

Error message are:
could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061)
Is the server running on host "???" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port
5432?

After the installation a few days ago of PostgreSQL 8.0 everything works
fine, but now the service does not start.
