Well,you obviously signed up to the list, otherwise you wouldn't be on it.

Just send a mail to

majordomo(at)postgresql(dot)org

and write the following into the body of the mail:

unregister scott(at)qnet(dot)com

and DON'T do that as html mail - probably won't work. The send options of
outlook express (which is what you're using) should have something like "text
only" or "plain text".

BTW: if you have to shout harassment, you should at least pay us the courtesy
and spell it correctly :-)
