Command: CREATE DOMAIN
Description: define a new domain
Syntax:
CREATE DOMAIN name [AS] data_type
[ DEFAULT expression ]
[ constraint [ ... ] ]
where constraint is:
[ CONSTRAINT constraint_name ]
{ NOT NULL | NULL | CHECK (expression) }
Note the parentheses around the check expression.
