Somehow you've found your way to the wrong mailing list, unless you are in the
San Francisco Bay Area.
FWIW, I do not think that binaries exist ... if so, you would need to obtain
them from IBM. However, PostgreSQL is quite easy to compile from source,
and this is the recommended installation method.
