Moved articles to main server

I have moved several articles from my machine to the main PostgreSQL
server. This is for the application article:

http://www.ca.postgresql.org/docs/writing_apps

and this for the performance article:

http://www.ca.postgresql.org/docs/hw_performance

and this is the Internal through Pictures URL:

http://www.ca.postgresql.org/docs/internalpics.pdf

I have updated the link to the Internals article. The others are
referenced on the Techdocs site (http://techdocs.postgresql.org/) and I
have contacted the author.

The only stuff left on my local machine is stuff that gets updated
frequently like the Outstanding Patches list and TODO.detail Mhonarc
interface.
