Marc has explained this to me. Seems I have to get a log of all the
changes from the 7.0 release until we created the REL7_0_PATCHES branch,
then get the changes added just to TREL7_0_PATCHES.

Now that it is explained to me, it makes perfect sense. Thanks. I will
get on it now.
