Problem Description:

After unziped and untared, most of the documentation
files (tutorial.tar.gz, etc.) have and end-of-line
prob on my sys. The last char of each line appears
at the beginning of the following line, ala:
<TITLE
>

Test Case:

Point Netscape at the docs under $PG_HOME/doc/

Solution:

Maybe an ascii/binary or platform issue with the way the
docs were gziped?
